Building Our Future Campaign
Building Our Future
A Campaign to Enrich Education, Build Community, & Preserve History
Hanover Tavern Foundation has great news to report!! The Lipman Foundation has awarded a one-to-one $75,000 challenge grant to help us finalize the $2 million “Building Our Future” campaign. As part of this initiative, the completion of our beautiful E.J. Wade Coach House has provided a wonderful events center for the expansion of educational programming and rental opportunities. Improvements to the existing Tavern position the Foundation to accommodate our guests and programs in a more welcoming and functional space, as well as allowing us to host, display, and care for important exhibits and artifacts.
We are thrilled to report that we have reached more than 90% of our goal for the “Building Our Future” campaign. By providing this challenge grant, The Lipman Foundation has presented an extraordinary opportunity for you to help Hanover Tavern Foundation close out this campaign. You gain the satisfaction of knowing that your financial support is doubled and your gift will be recognized forever.
Since live stage performances have been a part of Tavern history for the past sixty-five years, it seems appropriate to highlight recognition opportunities within our 150 seat theater. We personally invite you to “Leave Your Legacy” by acknowledging, memorializing, and honoring past performers, friends, family members, sons, daughters, grandchildren, foundations, or companies by sponsoring a row or an individual seat. Your recognition plaque will be installed in perpetuity.
