We have great news to report – the Mary Morton Parson’s Foundation has just awarded an $86,000 one-to-one challenge grant for the Hanover Tavern Grounds & Amenities Enhancement Project! By raising $86,000 ourselves, the matching grant will provide the $300,000 necessary for the completion and payment of the patio project.

To meet our mission to preserve, interpret, and utilize Hanover Tavern as an historical, educational. Community and cultural resource center for the enjoyment of all, Hanover Tavern Foundation depends on event admission, private rentals, catering, dining, and theater. The enhancement project for the patio and rear lawn create a more beautiful and inviting year-round outdoor space. The goals are to make improvements that are aesthetically pleasing, historically sensitive, and to improve income potential through increased rentals and patronage of our restaurant.

By contributing to the Grounds & Amenities Enhancement Campaign, you assist Hanover Tavern Foundation to meet the demands of the future.
